The Domaine de Triennes was discovered at the end of 1989, a property then named "Le Logis de Nans", located in the Var region on a hillside against the Aurélien mountains in Nans-les-Pins, 30 kilometers from the Mediterranean.
The Triennes vineyard covers forty-six hectares and benefits from an ideal microclimate. It faces south at an altitude of 350 to 400 meters.
It was renamed "Triennes" in honor of the Triennia, Bacchanalian festivals that took place every three years in the Roman Empire. The prefix "tri-" recalls the three original associate owners.
The Rosé de Triennes is an authentic Rosé from the South of France, with an aromatic nose of small red fruits, a round and elegant mouthfeel.
An immediate fresh pleasure of balanced harmony. Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, Merlot are the allies of this original blend.
Facing an ever-growing demand worldwide, we complement our production by purchasing grapes from neighboring winegrowers with a similar terroir identity to ours, with whom we have long-term purchasing contracts.
