An Alsatian gem! In 1871, Jean Dirler settled in the small village of Bergholtz to establish his estate, located 25 km south of Colmar. Today, the estate is still managed by the family, namely Jean Dirler, the 5th generation. The family started practicing biodynamics in 1998, converting the initial 9 hectares of the estate, which expanded in 2000 after Didier's marriage to Ludivine from the Hell-Cadé estate. This union gave rise to the Dirler-Cadé estate, totaling 18 hectares. The entire production is certified Organic Agriculture and Biodynamics (Biodyvin). The family is committed to producing wines with a strong personality, respecting each terroir and using the minimum amount of additives possible.
