Domaine Ravaut Gaston & Pierre

The Pierre & Gaston Ravaut estate is a historical reference in the village of Ladoix-Serrigny, an appellation in the north of the Côte de Beaune, at the foot of the Corton hill. The family has been producing wine there since 1920, with the sixth generation now working alongside their father, Gaston.

Still entirely a family-run estate, the vineyards and wines are managed by the family, with 12.5 hectares ideally located in Ladoix, Aloxe-Corton, Corton, predominantly producing red wines.

The wines have a classic profile, focusing on the finesse and elegance of Pinot Noir. The grapes are destemmed and aged in oak barrels. They exhibit all the classic aromas of Pinot Noir, with notes of red fruits, peony, and a slight creamy toasty finish. These are delicate, balanced wines that will delight many.
