Domaine Laura Aillaud

Laura Aillaud is the story of a passionate sommelier who became a talented winemaker, putting the Luberon region back in the spotlight! In 2017, Laura made the switch, settling in La Tour-d'Aigues, at the foot of the Luberon mountains (on the border between Provence and the Rhône Valley).

She started by renting vineyards and vinifying in a shed, working tirelessly to eventually acquire 5 hectares of vines that she cultivates using organic methods, taking great care of the soils. In the winery, the approach is natural, with indigenous yeasts, no additives, and minimal sulfur doses.

Her wines quickly gained popularity for their freedom of expression, aromatic originality, and airy, juicy, fragrant characteristics... rare wines, but oh so good!
