The Domaine Foradori is a prominent figure in Italian organic viticulture. Founded in 1901, this 26-hectare institution has always retained its family essence, showcasing a superb wine region: the Alto Adige. A mountainous region in the far north of Italy known as South Tyrol. A highly talented winemaker has positioned the estate at the top: Elisabetta Foradori. Leading the estate since the 1980s, she has fully committed to revitalizing indigenous grape varieties such as teroldego. To enhance them, Elisabetta introduced biodynamic practices across the vineyard in the 1990s. In the cellar, the motto is patience, gentleness, and minimal intervention. The wines are therefore low in sulfites, and aging in amphorae is implemented. The wines are lively and vibrant, each cuvée has its own identity, unique flavors, and textures that make Foradori a marvel in the Italian wine landscape.
