As the creator of the Champagne Collet Book Award, Champagne Collet has been recognizing a chef's work annually since 2013, based on shared values such as creativity, passion for culinary arts, craftsmanship, and the transmission of culinary heritage.
Through a series of 10 dinners in Paris featuring 10 books, each selected chef defends their work by presenting recipes paired with champagnes.
