Developed in the mid-20th century, we have decided to relaunch the recipe for our fir liqueur. The fir liqueur is made from a maceration of fir buds and needles for over a year. This is followed by distillation to extract all the aromas from the maceration. Blending will combine the sweetness of the macerate with the strength of the distillate.
