Developed in the mid-20th century, we have decided to relaunch the recipe of our Fir Liqueur. The Fir Liqueur is made from a maceration of fir buds and needles for over a year. This is followed by distillation to extract all the aromatic compounds from the maceration. An assembly process will combine the sweetness of the macerate and the strength of the distillate.
