Magnum Rosé Château de Selle Côte de Provence OTT 2024
Resulting from a dry terroir set on limestone hills, this magnum of rosé embodies the typical elegance of Provence. Made predominantly from Grenache for its balance, enriched by the suppleness of Cinsault and the fruity structure of Syrah and Mourvèdre, it offers a vibrant aromatic expression. In the glass, the robe adorns itself with a delicate pale pink color with silvery reflections, evoking the light and Mediterranean softness. The nose reveals a refined bouquet of citrus zest, white flowers, and a subtle minerality. On the palate, the attack is bold and elegant, carried by airy notes of peach and lemon, enhanced by a invigorating tension. The slightly spicy finish, with a beautiful length, invites you to savor each sip in the simplicity of a privileged moment.
