This 2025 vintage is characterized by a bright, pale robe with salmon hues, typical of Bandol. The elegance is immediate on the nose: aromas of white peach, fresh mango, citrus, and flowers subtly intertwine. On the palate, the texture is ample, silky, and structured. The natural freshness of the terroir balances marvelously with a saline minerality and a persistent, delicate finish.

This rosé is mainly made from Mourvèdre, a noble and emblematic grape of Bandol, blended with Cinsault and Grenache to bring elegance and suppleness. Each grape is handpicked and then vinified according to the traditional methods of Domaines Ott*, with special attention given to the purity of the fruit and the expression of the soil.
