Domaine Bonnet-Huteau is a renowned estate among knowledgeable Muscadet enthusiasts. Based in La Chapelle-Heulin, at the heart of this magnificent region, the family has been producing wonderful wines under the Sèvre et Maine appellation for over 150 years. Today, the estate is managed by the Bonnet brothers, Jean-Jacques and Rémi.
Their 40 hectares of vineyards have been certified organic since 2005, and the Bonnet brothers have skillfully distinguished four terroirs, each producing a unique cuvée. Specializing in white wines only, they have mastered the vinification of the Melon de Bourgogne grape. The wines are known for their wonderful aromatic intensity and are now also certified Biodynamic.
