Created in the mid-20th century, we decided to revive the recipe for our Fir liqueur. The Fir liqueur is made from a maceration of fir buds and needles for over a year. This is followed by distillation to extract all the aromas from the maceration. Blending will combine the sweetness of the macerate with the strength of the distillate.
