The house of Philipponnat was established in 1522, and for nearly 5 centuries, men and women have succeeded each other to perpetuate the ancestral tradition of the family on the lands of Ay. Each generation has made sure to pass on their expertise inherited from their predecessors.

The Champagne Brut Perpetual Reserve from the house of Philipponnat is a concentration of the characteristics of the Mareuil-sur-Ay terroir. This exceptional champagne, made from the 2018 harvest, is a blend of pinot noir, Chardonnay, and pinot meunier. You will find a beautiful balance between structure, length on the palate, and vinous character. In the mouth, fruity notes of red fruits will be the first to emerge, followed by comforting aromas of biscuit and fresh bread. Its color is gold with amber reflections.
