The "Les Vignots" 2022 cuvée from Marthe Henry comes from a plot located at a high altitude, above the village of Pommard. This unique terroir, composed of shallow brown limestone soils, gives birth to a Pinot Noir that is intense, straight, and endowed with a beautiful natural freshness. A wine that brilliantly embodies the typical character of Pommard, in a more airy and chiseled style.

On the nose, this 2022 vintage reveals deep aromas of black cherry, blackberry, violet, and licorice, accompanied by a discreet woody touch. The palate is fleshy, with a nice density, fine but present tannins, and a long, mineral finish. A cellar-worthy red wine with a strong personality, already accessible but will gain complexity over time.

The magnum format (1.5L) makes it the perfect companion for special occasions or an extended stay in the cellar.

Food and wine pairings: perfect with a grilled ribeye steak, a jugged hare, a roasted duck, or a selection of aged cheeses.
