Domaine Des Fables

François Gilles had a first career, namely drawing in Paris. But another passion had been itching at him for quite some time: wine.
But not on a whim, not on a whim. He trained with numerous winemakers, in France and abroad, for a good ten years.
Feeling finally ready, he embarked on the Maudit Flacon adventure in 2018, leveraging his experience from all over to vinify various grape varieties from here and there (Languedoc, Auvergne...) in his garage, in Annecy. Real garage wines that quickly impress the wine world. is a young talented winemaker from Savoie, after studying drawing in Paris, he decides to indulge in another of his passions: wine.
A year later, 4 hectares of vines planted between Lake Bourget and the Rhône. François identifies a true terroir conducive to author wines as he likes to make them, on molasse and limestone soils, amidst remarkably preserved biodiversity to create the Domaine des Fables. In line with his labels, François adopts biodynamic viticulture, based on the observation of the lunar calendar for vineyard work and also in the cellar, where the wines do not see any additives.
