The Domaine Robert Denogent is a gem from Mâcon that is always evolving, reflecting the unwavering passion of the two Denogent brothers, Nicolas and Antoine. They practice committed and engaging viticulture on the 10 hectares of the estate! Located mainly around the estate in Fuissé, the vineyards are cultivated using organic farming methods, and all the grapes are handpicked. The white wines undergo a long pressing cycle (4-5 hours) to extract all the aromatic compounds. The aging process is also lengthy (two winters), mainly in oak barrels (no new barrels). The wines are complex, textured, and intensely sapid, with subtle notes of citrus and white flowers. The Domaine Robert Denogent always delivers a pleasurable experience, regardless of the cuvée!
