This magnum of Champagne Grand Cru Blanc de Blanc from the De Sousa house is a 100% Chardonnay Blanc de Blanc sourced from the beautiful terroirs of the family in the Côte des Blancs: Avize, Cramant, Oger, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. This champagne is deliberately aged without the influence of oak barrels, allowing the Chardonnay to fully express itself on its favorite terroirs, classified as Grand Cru. Several vintages are carefully blended here by the De Sousa family.

A champagne certified biodynamic, with a dosage of 6g/L, unfiltered and unfined. This Grand Cru impresses us with its natural power, aromatic concentration, and enchanting floral touch. Citrus fruits, white fruits, and a hint of toastiness are at the forefront, inviting the finest dishes to the table, or simply enjoyed as an aperitif.
