The base wine is aged for 9 months on fine lees, then the bottles are kept for 8 years on racks, a very long aging process that brings incredible depth and aromatic complexity. This 100% Chardonnay is intense, refined, and devilishly seductive, with notes of citrus, roasted almonds, mocha, vanilla, and citrus zest. A marvel for special occasions.
