This magnum of Saint-Romain red "Sous Roche" 2020 from Domaine Henri & Gilles Buisson is a flagship cuvée of the Buisson brothers, Frédérick and Franck being the most renowned representatives of the Saint-Romain appellation, a magnificent village perched on the heights south of the Côte de Beaune. Certified in Biodynamic agriculture since 2018, the two brothers are committed to harvesting perfectly balanced grapes for the benefit of their wines.

This Saint Romain red "Sous Roche" 2020 benefits wonderfully from this very precise vineyard work. This 2020 (from the "Sous Roche" climat) is a magnificent success on this beautiful vintage. The wine expands brilliantly in the mouth with notes of wild berries, strawberries, plums, and sweet spices. The fruity aromatic profile is pure, harmonious, with tannins of incomparable finesse. The long saline and mineral finish completes the experience.
