Magnum red wine Gigondas Le Plateau Domaine des Bosquets 2021

The Magnum Gigondas Le Plateau 2021, produced since the implementation of the parcel workshop in 2016, is a rare and precious cuvée. Vinified in open demi-muids due to its low volume, this wine comes from very old almost pure Mourvèdre vines, interplanted with multiple grape varieties such as Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Counoise, and Clairette. The whole harvest and 18-month aging in very old 600-liter demi-muids give this wine exceptional length, tension, and minerality. More monolithic than the Grenaches, it has remarkable aging potential. With an average yield of 15 hectoliters per hectare, this wine is refined and mineral, promising a unique tasting experience.
