The "Réserve" cuvée from Domaine des Bosquets is an authentic interpretation of the Gigondas blend, bringing together old vines and the best terroirs of Gigondas. This wine comes from marl limestone terroirs providing density, sands and gravel imparting finesse, and is made up of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Cinsault. With an average vine age of 60 years, this wine benefits from 18 months of aging, partially in barrels of various sizes (228L, 400L, 500L, 600L) and partially in large containers (vats and raw concrete tanks). The average yield is 16 hectoliters per hectare, ensuring remarkable concentration and quality.
