Magnum eau-de-vie La Poire Sab's 18 months of aging

This magnum (1 Liter) of Pear eau-de-vie from the Alambic Bourguignon is now a classic from the Alambic Bourguignon, as its taste has delighted many! It is a eau-de-vie made from Williams pears sourced in the south of Burgundy, stemmed and pitted to keep only the fruit. The pears are then steam distilled in copper stills by the distillery. When tasted, this pear eau-de-vie is powerful, pure, and refined, with notes of fresh fruit, pepper, and vanilla. A high-quality alcohol produced in small quantities (2000 btles / year).
