True to Michel Couvreur's standards, this whisky is slowly brought down to 45% with Scottish water from the Pentland Hills, thus preserving all of its aromatic finesse and balance.

The nose opens with delicate floral notes, revealing a beautiful freshness and great precision. On the palate, the attack is lively, marked by a fruity dominance that is expressed clearly. Slightly bitter nuances structure the whole, while a discreet hint of iodine brings relief and complexity. The influence of the Amontillado cask results in an elegant depth and subtle tension. The finish offers a beautiful length, persistent and harmonious, extending the fruity and saline notes with distinction.
