Olivier Piton made a name for himself in Roussillon through his hard work and passion. Originally from Anjou, nothing predestined him to settle in this superb terroir of Calce, in Roussillon. He fell in love with this place in 2000 and found a few hectares to start, quickly embracing biodynamics as his creed. The Olivier Pithon estate now covers 22ha, half white (grenache blanc, grenache gris, macabeu) and red (grenache noir, mourvèdre, carignan). All the wines display a lot of life, drinkability, and energy. Enjoy with pleasure!
