Domaine Bohrmann

Through hard work and determination, Sofie Bohrmann has made a name for herself in the Côte de Beaune. Nothing was easy for this Belgian whose family (especially her father Dieter) created the estate in 2002 by purchasing a handful of hectares in Meursault. Passionate about wines and vines, Sofie naturally and progressively takes over the reins of the Domaine, focusing on developing a range of wines known for their consistent quality... all produced using organic and biodynamic farming practices (not certified).

Today, the estate has 12 hectares of vineyards, spread across the Côte de Beaune, producing red as well as white wines. The vineyards are meticulously maintained, with Sofie working to limit yields, ensuring concentration and aromatic balance in each cuvée. The wines are then carefully aged in oak barrels, following the purest Burgundian tradition. Congratulations Sofie!
