This Blanc de Blancs 1er Cru comes exclusively from Chardonnay grapes grown on the clay-limestone soils of the Côte des Blancs, in the classified villages of Vertus, Mont-Aimé, and Bassuet. The Magnum format (1.5 L) allows for a slower aging process, revealing all the richness and mineral tension of this remarkable wine.

-100% Chardonnay, from vineyards in certified organic viticulture.

-Partial vinification in old barrels and stainless steel tanks, with malolactic fermentation for a rounder texture.

-Aging for 6 months on fine lees, then a long rest in the cellar before disgorging.

-Brut Nature, without added sugar, to let the wine express itself in its purest form.
