Bergère estate is a rare parcellar cuvée, produced from an old vine planted in 1972 on the chalky terroir of Étoges, in the heart of the Vallée du Petit Morin. Entirely made from Chardonnay, this champagne reflects Adrien Bergère's desire to reveal the pure identity of each parcel. The vinification on lees, partially in oak barrels, and the absence of filtration help preserve the full aromatic richness of the vintage. The nose offers delicate scents of mirabelle plum, light apricot, and white flowers. On the palate, the cuvée stands out for its finesse: flavors of white peach and nectarine extend into a lively finish with citrus notes.
