The Magnum Champagne Austral R22 from Clandestin is a single vineyard cuvée with a strong character, exclusively from the 2022 harvest. This 100% Pinot Noir, organically grown on the southern slopes of the Côte des Bar, benefits from a south-facing exposure that gives it power, maturity, and intensity. Fermented in wood with indigenous yeasts, aged on lees for a long period, and disgorged without dosage, Austral R22 is a pure and precise Brut Nature. Its golden color, complex nose with notes of candied citrus and dried fruits, and ample, textured palate make it a gastronomic champagne, ideal for accompanying a refined table and revealing the unique personality of the Clandestin estate.
