Les Roches is the latest single vineyard cuvée from Domaine des Bosquets, unveiled for the first time thanks to the enthusiasm of those who tasted it from the barrel. This wine comes from a massal selection of old Syrah vines, planted in an ultra-late sector with a north exposure, exposed to the winds and in the shade of the hill. Vinified in open demi-muids with destemmed grapes, and then aged for 18 months in demi-muids of 600 liters of 1 and 2 wines, this cuvée offers a sovereign freshness, a vibrant mineral tension, and exceptional floral elegance. With an average yield of 15 hectoliters per hectare, this wine is a true expression of finesse and complexity.
