These 80-year-old old vines produce a concentrated and structured pinot noir, vinified with whole bunches by Maxime to bring freshness and silkiness.

A Volnay that opens intensively with notes of black cherries, plums, blackcurrants, and blackberries. The tannins are well defined and silky, all perfectly balanced. A Volnay Vieilles Vignes to be kept for a few years to appreciate its full potential.
