Distilled in Coffey stills in Scotland, this whisky was aged for 4 years in used oak barrels before being transferred to the Burgundian cellars of Bouze-lès-Beaune for a robust maturation according to the Couvreur method. Diluted to 44% alcohol with the pure water from the Pentland Hills, it reveals a delicate and indulgent aromatic profile. The nose opens with floral notes accompanied by cereals, figs, and juicy peaches. On the palate, indulgence is fully expressed with flavors of coconut milk, creamy vanilla, and fresh pear.
