Made from a blend dominated by 80% aguardiente, these molasses eaux-de-vie bring depth and aromatic intensity. Aged for at least 10 years in oak barrels, it benefits from a finish in Sauternes casks that gives it a unique signature, combining indulgence and complexity. The nose reveals rich aromas of honey, apricot, tropical fruits, and vanilla, accompanied by subtle floral and spicy notes. On the palate, the texture is round and velvety, marked by notes of candied fruits and sweet spices. The long and silky finish perfectly balances the sweetness and character of the rum.
