Domaine Yvon Métras has been an iconic establishment in the region since 1988. Yvon Métras elevates his wines to the elite level of Beaujolais wines.
His wines are crafted naturally without the addition of any chemical products.
In his cellar, you can find Beaujolais with various cuvées and Fleurie appellations. If you are patient, you will appreciate the wine even more after a few years of aging in the cellar.

Yvon's son, Jules, has been following in his father's footsteps since 2014. He started by vinifying the family's vineyards and leased vineyards.
Yvon Métras may not be very talkative, but oh, the wines he offers, what Beaujolais indeed! Remaining faithful to the teachings of Jules Chauvet, Yvon, based in the lovely town of Vauxrenard, practices chemical-free viticulture. His work is based on ploughing, severe pruning, low yields, and magnificent terroirs to offer us an exceptional natural Beaujolais wine. Notable wines include "Grille midi," "La Madone," and a few hectares of very old vines (some planted in 1898) from which he sometimes produces the cuvée "Ultime," which undoubtedly contributed significantly to his reputation.
