Domaine Clos Des Fées

The story of Clos des Fées is the perseverance of a man passionate about vineyards and wine, Hervé Bizeuil. Originally from Perpignan, he was a sommelier for several years before working as a wine journalist. In the late 1990s, he decided to follow his instincts and produce his very first wine. After several experiments and with unwavering conviction, he found the perfect location: Vingrau in Roussillon. Hervé Bizeuil carefully chose the grape varieties he wanted to plant in this demanding terroir with its poor soils. This is how a variety of blends were born with different grape varieties such as Tempranillo, Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet Franc... This estate is now part of the elite of Roussillon. Hervé Bizeuil breaks free from conventions and trends, giving his blends a unique identity and originality. Like its creator, the wines of Clos des Fées never fail to make an impression.
