Here too, everything is a family affair. The Tollot Beaut family's story begins at the end of the 19th century. From the start, the Tollot family has been mainly dedicated to enhancing the Chorey les Beaune appellation, a village often overshadowed by the hill of Corton. Remarkably, the Tollot-Beau domain has managed to join the ranks of prestigious domains in the Côte de Beaune, by producing not prestigious appellations but only Savigny, Aloxe, Chorey les Beaune, and a discreet Corton Grand Cru. If the wines are now sought after worldwide, it is not by chance. Every year, the quality of the wines produced is remarkably high. Specializing in red wines, they have a smooth, velvety, and flavorful style, with a nice balance between aromatic power and refreshing acidity on the finish. Wines that age remarkably well.

Today, Nathalie Tollot, along with her cousins Jean-Paul and Olivier, are at the helm of this highly esteemed domain.
