Magnum of champagne PN VZ 19 - Champagne Bollinger
The Magnum of Champagne Bollinger PN VZ 19 is a blend of 100% Pinot Noir (Blanc de Noirs), mainly sourced from the Verzenay, Aÿ, Avenay, Louvois, Mutigny, and Tauxières vineyards. The base is the year 2019 with wines dating back to 2009, and it benefits from a cellar aging twice as long as the appellation rules, with a moderate dosage of 6 g/L. It has a bright golden color. On the nose, it is very expressive, with aromas of fleshy fruits, red fruits, and exotic fruits. In the mouth, notes of Granny Smith apple, vineyard peach, and blood orange blend in a silky texture with a saline finish. Ideal with sea bream ceviche, veal tagine, or lemon meringue pie, this champagne is best enjoyed between 10 and 11°C. It can be enjoyed now or aged in the cellar. Each edition of Bollinger's PN cuvée explores the various expressions of Pinot Noir in Champagne, perpetuating the Maison's heritage and style.
Volume: 1.5 liters
