A true signature of the house, it embodies all the Drappier know-how around the Pinot Noir, the dominant grape variety representing 80% of the blend. Coming from Kimmeridgian Jurassic limestone soils and gravity-fed vinification without filtration or decoloration, this almost Blanc de Noirs cuvée reveals a remarkable aromatic richness. The nose opens with elegant stone fruits, white peach, and a characteristic spicy touch, before giving way to a powerful, vinous, and complex palate, with that unique olfactory signature of quince jelly that is the legend of Carte d'Or. Very low in sulfites, precisely dosed at only 5g/l, it seduces with its purity and aromatic sincerity.
