This Jéroboam of Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs from the house Billecart-Salmon is a Champagne of great class in accordance with the most noble production methods of the Champagne region. 100% Chardonnay grape variety from the grand cru vineyards of the villages of the Côte des Blancs: Avize, Chouilly, Cramant, and Mesnil sur Oger.

40% of reserve wines (old vintages preserved by the house) are used, bringing volume and complexity. The base wine is aged on lees for 4 to 5 years. The classic dosage of 8 g/L gives a gourmet and appealing relief to this Blanc de Blancs.

Its fine bubbles accompany a pure and intense profile of dried fruits, almonds, and nuts, blending beautifully with the roundness of white fruits (peach, pear, apricot). The mouthfeel is both creamy and mineral, with remarkable sweetness. A Grand Cru that leaves a sense of fullness and harmony on the palate, to be enjoyed at any time!
