The Domaine du Cellier aux Moines, established in 1130 by Cistercian monks, is a pillar of Burgundian viticulture. Under the impetus of the Pascal family since 2004, this ancestral domain has embraced biodynamics, reconnecting with its original essence in respect of the land and the vines.

The Givry Village Clos Pascal Monopole 2019 comes from a walled vineyard of 27 ares, bathed in southern sun and nestled between 300 and 310 meters above sea level on a clay-limestone soil. Biodynamic practices, in place since 2017, enrich this exceptional terroir, promising an authentic and vibrant wine.

This vintage is the pure expression of Pinot Noir, the emblematic grape variety of Burgundy, revealing all the richness and complexity of this unique terroir.

The nose opens with delicate notes of faded roses and red fruits, enhanced with spicy touches. On the palate, the wine seduces with its silky tannins, offering rare elegance. Flavors of tender lamb's lettuce, black fruits, and red currants mingle with a pronounced minerality, leading to a long and precise finish.
