This Jéroboam of Pale and Dry XO Cognac from Maison Delamain is the perfect Cognac to discover the Delamain style, which is known for its pure and elegant Cognacs. This Pale and Dry XO is made from eaux-de-vie sourced from the "Grande Champagne" sub-region. These eaux-de-vie are then matured for a long time in old French oak barrels. The final alcohol content is reduced to 42% by adding low-alcohol Cognacs (15%) to enhance the aromatic profile of the Cognac.

On the palate, this Cognac is smooth and charming, with notes of citrus, apricots, dried fruits, and a soft, lingering vanilla finish. An approachable Cognac that will appeal to many, especially in this impressive 3L format (Jéroboam).
