Magnum Marc L'O'ICY cuvée Marc'O, Clos Saint-Joseph

This magnum of marc de Bourgogne L'O d'Icy (cuvée Marc'o) from Clos St Joseph is the result of a selection of the best grape marc eaux-de-vie from the terroirs of the Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits. From the oak variety to the intensity of the distillation, nothing is left to chance. Distilled in Meursault in a copper still, this cuvée then spent 4 years and 8 months in a Portuguese oak cask that had previously contained Moscatel for 10 years.

This Marc'o cuvée delivers distinctive and powerful aromas of grapes, dried and candied fruits, an aromatic power that balances the 48 degrees of alcohol, straight from the cask! A tribute to Burgundy in the purest tradition of the region's great spirits.
