The Magnum Saint-Romain Blanc 2022 from Domaine Germain is an exceptional wine from the clay-limestone terroirs of the Côte de Beaune in Burgundy. Made from 100% Chardonnay, this dry white wine stands out with a pale gold color and green reflections, and a delicate nose combining white flowers and lime notes, with a subtle touch of minerality. Aged in oak barrels for 8 to 9 months on lees, with stirring for 4 months, this wine reveals a beautiful minerality on the palate, gradually softened over time to offer a balance between freshness and mellowness.

Ideal with delicate fish, marinated or lightly seared vegetables, it also pairs wonderfully with soft cheeses like camembert, thanks to its balanced acidity. With a production limited to 18,000 bottles per year, this wine is a perfect companion for fine and refined meals. It can be aged between 2 and 5 years, offering a beautiful evolution in the cellar.
