The "L'Élégante" 2023 cuvée, made from 100% Chardonnay, reflects the rebirth of the Vézelay vineyard, thanks to the passionate work of Sophie and Matthieu Woillez.

This white wine stands out for its subtle aromas of hazelnut, citrus, and white flowers. Aged for 9 months in tanks and old barrels, it offers a delicate attack and a beautiful length on the palate, marked by a saline touch brought by the limestone soils, providing freshness and drinkability.
