Clos du Moulin aux Moines

The Domaine du Moulin aux Moines originates from a historical site in Burgundy, between Meursault and Auxey-Duresses. Its construction dates back to the X? century, at the initiative of the Cluny Abbey, where the monks possessed the viticultural knowledge to produce the finest wines in the region.

After a period of dormancy, the domain regained its prestigious status thanks to the Rollin family, who have owned this legendary place since 2018. The domain is managed by Willy Roulendes, a brilliant estate manager who previously worked at Domaine De Montille and with Comte Lafon. He implements a natural approach at Moulin des Moines, with the wines being certified organic and the use of additives being very limited, especially sulfur.
