This chalky land, its flora, and its vineyards exposed on hillside slopes give the grapes their exceptional character and offer delicate and consistent champagnes for tasting. Asserting this terroir, drawing out the best in complete respect of the vine and the environment, that's the Delamotte spirit.

This Magnum of Champagne Brut from Maison Delamotte is made up of the three historic grape varieties of Champagne. The 60% Chardonnay lays the foundation of its structure, while the 35% Pinot Noir from Tours-sur-Marne, Bouzy, and Ambonnay bring depth and fruity aroma. The 5% Pinot Meunier enhances the harmony with its aromatic density. Without ever assaulting the palate, this champagne, resulting from a blend, displays a beautiful power. Freshness and roundness come together for a clear and fruity finish, establishing a balanced and elegant wine in length. After thirty to thirty-six months of aging on lees in the cellar, a light dosage is added to bring complexity and aromatic sharpness.
