Magnum de Champagne Partition 2014 created by Jean-Marc Sélèque is an elegant and delicate champagne, with a touch of vinous character.
It is an ideal champagne for an aperitif or to start a meal.
This blend is made from a selection of 7 plots, vinified in oak barrels, inspired by 7 musical notes to create a harmonious blend.
Plots located in Vertus (1er Cru), Dizy (1er Cru), Épernay, Mardeuil, and Pierry (1er Cru). The blend is predominantly Chardonnay (72%) complemented by Pinot Meunier (14%) and Pinot Noir (14%).
The dosage is Extra Brut (2g/l) to allow all the nuances of the terroir to express themselves.
Partition 2014 from Champagne Sélèque is a rare cuvée as only 1500 bottles were produced.
