The blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, aged 60% in oak casks from Tronçais and barrels from the Temple forest, then aged for 4 years on lees, reveals an open and powerful nose of intense red fruits and elegant woody notes. The palate is both opulent and fresh, with a remarkable balance between richness and tension. A refined vintage, with a strong personality, that elevates both aperitifs and dining tables.
