This Jéroboam of Givry 1er Cru Clos du Cellier aux Moines 2017 from Cellier aux Moines comes from a historic plot of Givry identified for centuries by the Cistercian monks as one of the flagship vineyards of Burgundy, beautifully exposed to the south, below the monks' cellar (built around 1130). The vines at Cellier are farmed using biodynamic methods, and the grapes are partially destemmed and then gently placed in vats to preserve all their aromatic and gustatory potential. The aging process takes place in oak barrels for 18 months.

This 2017 vintage is harmonious and perfectly balanced, revealing aromas of red berries, plums, rose petals, and aromatic herbs. The palate is enveloping and pure, making it especially enjoyable in this magnificent 3-liter format!
