Located south of the Côte de Beaune, the "Le Biévaux" plot offers a cool and stony terroir particularly suitable for Chardonnay. With this 2022 vintage, Marthe Henry signs an elegant, tense, and mineral white Santenay, which perfectly highlights the identity of this appellation, still discreet but promising.

The nose opens with subtle aromas of white flowers, candied lemon, and fresh apple, accompanied by a light buttery and smoky touch. On the palate, the attack is lively, the texture chiseled, and the finish mouth-watering, with a beautiful mineral persistence.
