This Chablis 2024 from the house of Joseph Drouhin comes from the imprint of the Drouhin family, a wine trading family from Beaune, in Chablis, dating back to the 1970s, during the wine crisis. Robert Drouhin established an exceptional family plot in this northern Burgundy appellation. Every year, this Chablis perfectly reflects what Chablis enthusiasts are looking for: minerality, aromatic freshness, and the natural elegance of Chardonnay on these unique Kimmeridgian rock soils. This Chablis 2024 is a dry and fruity wine, easy to drink at any time! On the palate, there are very fresh notes of citrus (lemon, grapefruit), fern, fresh grass, and coriander. The finish is marked by a refreshing mineral and iodine note. The natural acidity of this northern climate blends wonderfully with the sunny aspect of the 2024 vintage, bringing a touch of indulgence to the whole.
